| 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs)是一类具有多向分化潜能的多能干细胞，是21世纪医学研究领域的热点。BMSCs增殖分化与绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausal osteoporosis，PMOP)关系密切，笔者通过中医理论结合现代医学研究，阐述“肾藏精主骨生髓-骨髓间充质干细胞-绝经后骨质疏松”三者之间的内在联系，并探讨“补肾益髓”法治疗PMOP的临床疗效，探索有效的中医药防治方案，发挥中医药治疗PMOP的独特优势，为“肾主骨生髓”的理论创新和PMOP的预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。 |

| Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are a type of tissue stem cells with bone differentiation potential. They are the hot spot in medical research in the 21st century. The proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs are closely related to postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP). Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medical research, this article explains the internal connection among kidney dominating the bone and producing the marrow-bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells-postmenopausal osteoporosis, and discusses the clinical application of kidney reinforcing and marrow-beneficial method in the treatment of PMOP, so as to explore the scientific and reasonable Chinese medicine prevention and treatment programs, to play the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMOP, and to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of PMOP. |
