      通过对相关文献的整理和总结,对干细胞归巢在防治骨质疏松的作用机制与中医“补肾法”进行相关性分析,从细胞和分子水平来探讨“补肾法”与防治骨质疏松的关系。干细胞归巢在抗骨质疏松中起到了重要作用,现代研究也证实,补肾中药治疗骨质疏松的机制与干细胞的归巢有着紧密的联系。SDF-1/CXCR4轴是促干细胞归巢的关键信号轴,与干细胞治疗骨质疏松密切相关。中医补肾法中认为“阳化气,阴成形”。干细胞归巢与中医补肾法中“阳化气”功能有着相似内涵,SDF-1/CXCR4轴可能是补肾法“阳化气”功能在分子水平上的具体表现形式,通过激活SDF-1/CXCR4轴增强干细胞“阳化气”功能促进归巢,归巢后的干细胞可通过调节骨免疫、抗凋亡等途径为具有“阴成形”特征的骨形成创造有利环境或成骨分化直接参与成骨防治骨质疏松。该文对补肾法与干细胞归巢的关系进行探讨,丰富了补肾法防治骨质疏松的理论内涵,总结了中医补肾法促干细胞归巢防治骨质疏松研究存在的问题和今后可能的发展方向,为中医中药联合干细胞防治骨质疏松提供理论参考。

      Through the collation and summary of the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the correlation between the mechanism of stem cell homing in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and the kidney tonifying method of traditional Chinese medicine, and discusses the relationship between the kidney tonifying method and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis at the cellular and molecular levels. Stem cell homing plays an important role in anti-osteoporosis. Modern studies have also confirmed that the mechanism of kidney tonifying herbs in the treatment of osteoporosis is closely related to stem cell homing. SDF-1/CXCR4 axis is the key signal axis to promote stem cell homing, which is closely related to stem cell treatment of osteoporosis. In the kidney tonifying method of traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that Yang transforms Qi and Yin forms shape. Stem cell homing is similar to the function of Yang transforming Qi in kidney tonifying therapy. SDF-1/CXCR4 axis may be the specific expression of Yang transforming Qi in kidney tonifying therapy at the molecular level. By activating SDF-1/CXCR4 axis, stem cells enhance the function of Yang transforming Qi and promote homing. After homing, stem cells become Yin forming by regulating bone immunity and anti-apoptosis. Bone formation creates favorable environment or osteogenic differentiation and directly participates in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. This paper discusses the relationship between kidney tonifying method and stem cell homing, enriches the theoretical connotation of kidney tonifying method in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, summarizes the existing problems and possible future development direction of kidney tonifying method in promoting stem cell homing and in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, and provides a theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine and stem cells.
