| 目的 观察腰痹康颗粒联合骨化三醇治疗脊柱脆性骨折经皮椎体成形术后（percutaneous vertebroplasty，PVP）的临床疗效。方法 依据纳入标准筛选90例脊柱脆性骨折患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。观察组术后口服腰痹康颗粒和骨化三醇，对照组常予以骨化三醇口服，对比术前、术后3 d、4周各组 VAS评分、下腰痛功能障碍ODI评分、骨代谢指标包括骨钙素(OC)、I型原胶原N端前肽(PINP)和Ⅰ型胶原 C 端肽β降解产物(β-CTX)。结果 术后3 d、术后4周VAS/ODI评分，观察组明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗后4周血清β-CTX含量明显降低，OC、PINP含量明显升高，且观察组的变化比对照组更显著，二组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 腰痹康颗粒联合骨化三醇对缓解PVP术后残留腰背疼痛疗效显著，能够改善腰椎活动功能和骨代谢相关指标。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yaobikang granules combined with calcitriol on spinal fragility fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). Methods Ninety patients with osteoporotic spine compression fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patinets in the observation group received Yaobikang granules and calcitriol after the operation. Patients in the control group received calcitriol routinely. VAS score, low back pain dysfunction ODI score, osteocalcin (OC), type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide (PINP), and type I collagen C-terminal peptide β degradation product (β-CTX) were compared between the two groups before operation, and 3 days and 4 weeks after the operation. Results Compared to those in the control group, VAS and ODI scores in the observation group decreased significantly at 3 days and 4 weeks after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum β-CTX levels in the two groups decreased significantly 4 weeks after the operation. The levels of OC and PINP increased significantly. The changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yaobikang granules combined with calcitriol have a significant effect on relieving residual back pain after PVP and improve lumbar spine mobility and bone metabolism indexes. |
