Objective To study the disease location and medication regularity of primary osteoporosis in recent 20 years and to provide basis and guidance for clinical treatment of primary osteoporosis. Methods CNKI academic journal database was searched from January 1, 2000 to September 30, 2000. The disease location and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis were screened, sorted out, and entered into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform v1.5.4 software. The frequency of disease location was analyzed. The Chinese medicine used was analyzed with frequency analysis, four-gas and five-flavor meridian analysis, cross rule analysis, complex network analysis, and cluster analysis. Results Two hundred and sixty-six articles met the criteria and were included. It was found that kidney was the most common location of primary osteoporosis. There were 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine of frequency more than 35. The systematic cluster analysis was classified by 6 categories. Twelve groups of core drug combinations were obtained with correlation analysis, and 1 core drug combination was obtained by complex network analysis. Conclusion The main locations of osteoporosis are the liver, kidney and spleen. The main symptoms are liver and kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency, and blood stasis. Therefore, the clinical treatment of osteoporosis should focus on warm the liver and kidney, supplementing by invigorating the spleen and promoting blood circulation. |
