| 原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症是引起骨质疏松症的较常见病因，原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症是由一个或多个甲状旁腺病理性（肿瘤或增生）过量分泌甲状旁腺激素所造成。随着血钙测定和甲状旁腺素测定在临床上的广泛运用，甲状旁腺功能亢进性骨质疏松的患病率也随之上升，目前我国原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症多为骨型和肾型。治疗方面，主要以手术治疗和药物治疗为主，术后并发症也呈逐年上升趋势，西药治疗虽能增加其骨密度但并不能降低骨折风险，为提高临床疗效，治疗上应当在中医药“整体观念，辨证论治”诊疗体系下遵循“消瘿散结，兼顾补脾益肾”为基本治疗原则。现从原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进性骨质疏松的病因病机、辨证论治等方面提供新的诊疗思路。 |

| Primary hyperparathyroidism is a common cause of osteoporosis. Primary hyperparathyroidism is caused by excessive secretion of parathyroid hormone from one or more parathyroid glands. With the widespread use of blood calcium measurement and parathyroid hormone measurement in clinical practice, the incidence of hyperparathyroidism osteoporosis has also increased. At present, the common types of primary hyperparathyroidism in our country are bone-type and kidney type. In treatment, surgical treatment and medical treatment are the main treatment. Postoperative complications are also increasing year by year. Although Western medicine can increase the bone mineral density, it can not reduce the risk of fracture. In order to improve the clinical efficacy, we should follow the integrating concept and basic treatment principle of eliminating stagnation and resolving stagnation, and tonifying the spleen and kidney. Now we provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas from the etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation for the treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism osteoporosis. |
