| Objective Based on the Web of Science database to analyze the relevant literature on the application of exercise therapy in postmenopausal osteoporosis, so as to provide references for related research in the future. Methods Through the subject word field search of Web of Science database, the search was completed on March 15, 2021, the bibliometric method and CiteSpace software were used to perform general information, high-frequency keywords, and keyword aggregation on the retrieved documents. Analyze categories, keyword timelines, etc. Results A total of 2 475 documents were retrieved, and the number of published articles showed a trend of fluctuating growth at first and then a slight decrease; countries, institutions, authors, and funding agencies with a large number of articles and high influence were mostly concentrated in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, etc. Research hotspots and frontiers have shifted from the intervention effect of exercise therapy on postmenopausal osteoporosis to exploring the influence and connection of different exercise factors. Conclusion The research on the intervention of exercise therapy in postmenopausal osteoporosis has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad, which has formed a certain scale of research. The research hotspots and frontiers have the potential and guiding value to enrich the new methods and new ideas of exercise therapy for postmenopausal osteoporosis in the future. Our country still needs to strengthen the research in this direction. |
