      脉冲电磁场(pulsed electromagnetic fields ,PEMFs)作为一种无创、安全、有效的物理治疗手段,在临床上常用于促进骨折愈合和治疗骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)。虽然PEMFs能刺激成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)生成、抑制破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)生成并影响骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)和骨细胞(osteocyte)的活性,最终实现骨量和骨强度的保留,在治疗骨质疏松症的过程中起着重要作用,但是PEMFs对OP的精确生物效应和潜在机制仍不清楚。本文拟从基础研究着手,对PEMFs对骨代谢的分子细胞学作用机制研究进行综述,旨在为日后的基础研究提供一定的参考,并为临床研究PEMFs治疗OP提供依据。

      Pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs ), as a noninvasive, safe and effective physical therapy, is commonly used to promote fracture healing and treat osteoporosis (OP) in clinic. Although PEMFs can stimulate the formation of osteoblasts , inhibit the formation of osteoclasts , and affect the activity of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and osteocytes,eventually lead to the retention of bone mass and bone strength, which plays an important role in the treatment of OP. However, the precise biological effect and potential mechanism of PEMFs on OP are still unclear. In this paper, the molecular and cellular mechanism of PEMFs on bone metabolism is reviewed from the basic research, in order to provide certain reference for future basic research and provide basis for clinical research on PEMFs in the treatment of OP.
