      骨的生物力学效应主要由松质骨和骨转化决定。骨的微结构及转化率是一个终生渐变的过程,骨生物力学也受其影响不断变换。现代生活方式导致人们体育活动强度极低,对骨骼健康和生物力学有负面影响。有规律的科学运动对骨骼健康有很好的作用,且年轻时的体育活动与老年后的骨密度及力学性能有很好的相关性。运动的力学刺激激活了骨重建机制,使骨骼骨量、几何微结构产生适应性变化。同时,使骨骼受力发生改变,导致骨生物力学产生适应变化。因此,激发年轻人进行体育锻炼等积极的生活方式对于维持骨骼健康非常必要。
英文摘要:
      The biomechanical effect of bone is mainly determined by cancellous bone and bone transformation. The microstructure and transformation rate of bone is a lifelong gradual process, and bone biomechanics is also affected by it. Modern life style leads to extremely low intensity of sports activities, which has a negative impact on bone health and biomechanics. Regular scientific exercise has a good effect on bone health, and there is a good correlation between young sports and old bone mineral density and mechanical properties. The mechanical stimulation of exercise activates the mechanism of bone remodeling and makes the bone mass and geometric microstructure produce adaptive changes. At the same time, it changes the stress of bone, which leads to the adaptive changes of bone biomechanics. Therefore, it is necessary to stimulate young people to take physical exercise and other active life methods to maintain bone health.
