目的 观察PM2.5悬滴液暴露对去势后骨质疏松模型雌性SD大鼠的骨密度水平的影响。方法 采用PM2.5悬滴液对40只雌性SD大鼠进行气道滴注9个月。于滴注5月末测量SD雌鼠的骨密度(BMD)后,分别对实验组和对照组进行卵巢摘除术和卵巢旁脂肪组织摘除术。于气道滴注7月末和9月末离体后,采用双能X线仪器(DXA)来测量每只大鼠的右侧胫骨、右股骨、腰椎L4~L6骨密度。结果 ①PM2.5气道滴注5个月末,实验组与对照组胫骨、股骨、腰椎的骨密度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②术后PM2.5气道滴注4个月后测量离体骨密度,实验组与对照组的胫骨、股骨、腰椎的骨密度组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且同组间骨密度下降程度相比较:腰椎>股骨>胫骨。③随着PM2.5气道滴注时间增加,与对照组相比,实验组腰椎和股骨骨密度下降程度更快。④随着PM2.5气道滴注时间增加,实验组与对照组胫骨骨密度均先下降后升高,但与对照组相比,实验组胫骨骨密度下降更快,上升速度更慢。结论 PM2.5可促使绝经后雌性SD大鼠骨密度下降,并加快绝经后骨量的丢失。 |

Objective To observe the effect of PM2.5 suspension exposure on bone mineral density (BMD) of female SD rats with osteoporosis after ovariectomy. Methods Forty female SD rats were injected with PM2.5 suspension for 9 months. BMD of SD female rats was measured at the end of 5 months after infusion. Ovarian excision and para-ovarian adipose tissue excision were performed in the experimental group and the control group, respectively. After airway infusion at the end of July and isolation at the end of September, BMD of the right tibia, right femur, and lumbar vertebrae L4-L6 of each rat was measured with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). Results ①At the end of 5 months after PM2.5 airway dripping, the difference of BMD of the tibia, femur, and lumbar spine between the experimental group and the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). ②BMD of the tibia, femur, and lumbar spine in the experimental group and the control group was measured 4 months after PM2.5 airway infusion. The difference of BMD of the tibia, femur, and lumbar spine between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of BMD decline at the same group was lumbar spine >femur > tibia. ③BMD of the lumbar spine and femur in the experimental group decreased faster than that in the control group with the increase of PM2.5 airway infusion time. ④With the increase of PM2.5 airway infusion time, BMD of the tibia in both the experimental group and the control group decreased first and then increased. BMD of the tibia in the experimental group decreased faster and increased more slowly than that in the control group. Conclusion PM2.5 promotes the decrease of BMD and accelerate the loss of bone mass in postmenopausal female SD rats. |
