| 老年性骨质疏松症（SOP）作为一种与年龄相关的慢性虚损性疾病，病程迁延难愈，易反复发作。历代医家均认为：本病病位在肾，病性多为阳虚。而命门内藏元气，为一身阳气之根本，督脉总督诸阳，调节一身阳经脉气，且二者功能的正常与否均与人体肾精的虚实密切相关。故本文试结合现代临床及实验研究，探讨命门火衰、督脉阳虚与SOP发病之间的关系，为临床中医药防治本病提供一定的参考。 |

| As a chronic deficiency disease, senile osteoporosis (SOP) is difficult to heal due to its prolonged course and easy to recur. Doctors of all ages believe that the disease is located in the kidney, and the nature of the disease is mostly Yang deficiency. The vital energy stored in the gate of life is the root of Yang Qi. The governor vessel governs the Yang and regulates the Qi of Yang. The normal function of the two is closely related to the deficiency and excess of kidney essence and kidney yang. Therefore, this paper tries to combine modern clinical and experimental research to explore the relationship among fire decay of lifegate, Yang deficiency of governor vessel, and the onset of SOP, so as to provide a certain reference for clinical prevention and treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine. |
