      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是骨科常见疾病,极大地影响患者的生活质量。随着临床上对于防治OP的研究日益深入,有研究者发现,血管形成与骨形成之间存在一定的相关性,其中以H型血管与OP的关系最为密切。研究表明,血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、缝隙引导配体3(SLIT3)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可以通过干预H型血管的形成,从而参与骨代谢的调控,但是目前对其具体作用机制尚不明确。本文就H型血管的特点、相关因子的作用机制与H型血管在防控OP中的应用作一综述,以期为OP的防治提供新思路和新方法。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a common disease in orthopedics that largely affects the quality of life for the patients. Following the deep study of the prevention and treatment of OP in the clinic, it has been found that there is an association between blood vessel formation and bone formation. Among those, there is closer association between H-type blood vessel and OP. Studies show that platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), slit guidance ligand 3 (SLIT3), hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) may be involved in the regulation of bone metabolism through intervention with H-type blood vessel formation. However, the detailed function mechanism is not clear. This paper reviews the characteristics of H-type blood vessel, the function mechanism of related factors, and the function of H-type blood vessel in the prevention and treatment of OP, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of OP.
