      在使用糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)治疗疾病的过程中因其不良反应诱发的骨质疏松症被称为糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis,GIOP),是目前继发性骨质疏松症最常见的病因之一。GIOP使骨密度降低、骨量减少、脆性增加,容易发生骨折,给患者带来了极大的痛苦和负担。广大科研人员已经对GIOP发病的可能机制进行了诸多研究,但仍有很多方面未能阐明。随着H型血管概念的提出,其成骨成血管偶联作用被广泛关注,GC对H型血管的抑制作用被认为可能与GIOP的发病有关。但是,目前尚未有文章将GC对H型血管的抑制作用及其与GIOP发病的关系进行系统阐述,故该文将GC抑制H型血管形成的因素进行了系统概括,得出GC能抑制H型血管形成,抑制成骨成血管偶联,导致骨质疏松症发病的结论。另外,该文还针对调控H型血管形成的因素总结了相应促H型血管形成的可行性方法。期待通过该综述提升人们对GIOP发病机制的认识,并为临床治疗GIOP提供一定的借鉴意义。

      Glucocorticoids-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) is one of the most common causes of secondary osteoporosis in the world. GIOP increases the fragility of the bone and is prone to fracture, which brings great pain to patients. Although many studies have been carried out on the possible pathogenesis of GIOP, there are still many aspects that have not been clarified. In recent years, with the concept of H-type vascular development, its osteogenic and angiogenic coupling effect has been widely concerned. The inhibitory effect of GC on H-type vascular is considered to be related to the pathogenesis of GIOP. However, no one has systematically summarized the inhibitory effect of GC on H-type vessels and the relationship with the pathogenesis of GIOP. Therefore, this paper summarizes the mechanism of GC inhibiting H-type angiogenesis, and concludes that GC leads to osteoporosis by inhibiting H-type angiogenesis and osteogenic vascular coupling. In addition, this paper also summarizes the feasible methods to promote the formation of H-type vessels, looking forward to improving the understanding of the pathogenesis of GIOP, and to providing some reference for the clinical treatment of GIOP.
