| 目的 探讨中医“虚不受补”理论的起源和内涵，为绝经后骨质疏松症（postmenopausal osteoporosis，PMOP）的临床治疗提供新的治则治法。方法 通过检索中国知网、维普、万方等中文期刊数据库中有关“虚不受补”理论和中医药治疗PMOP的实验及临床研究文献，从中医学角度进行系统的梳理及深入分析。结果 “虚不受补”理论起源于陈士铎编纂的《本草新编》，经后世医家继承和发展使其内涵日趋完善，根据其理论可将PMOP病因病机归属于“虚”和“瘀”两个方面，采用补肾、健脾、活血的治则治法，相关临床文献和实验文献也证实了该理论的科学性和正确性。结论 “虚不受补”理论在指导POMP治疗中具有很高的应用价值，期待能探寻出新的诊疗思路，更好地发挥中医药的优势和特色。 |

| Objective To explore the origin and connotation of the theory of deficiency without compensation and to provide new treatment for the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP). Methods By searching the experimental and clinical research literature on the theory of deficiency without compensation and PMOP treatment in CNKI, Weibo, and Wanfang database, in-depth analysis was performed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The theory of virtual not fill originated from New Herbs compiled by Chen Shiduo. It was inherited and developed by successor doctors to make the connotation perfect. According to its theory, PMOP etiology belongs to virtual and stasis aspects. The treatment includes nourishing kidney, invigorating spleen, and promoting blood circulation. It has been confirmed scientifically by the related clinical and experimental literature. Conclusion The theory of deficiency without compensation has high application value in guiding POMP treatment. It is expected to explore new diagnosis and treatment ideas and to give better play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. |
