初级纤毛是细胞表面的一种以微管为基础的纤细的细胞器,存在于单细胞真核生物和人类等脊椎动物的细胞中。初级纤毛是许多途径信号转导的信号中枢。研究发现,初级纤毛与骨代谢之间存在密切联系,笔者通过总结与初级纤毛功能相关的通路、蛋白分子及基因来阐述初级纤毛影响骨代谢的病理生理机制,并进一步阐述初级纤毛如何通过机械信号介导骨代谢的调节,展望初级纤毛在临床转化运用中的潜在价值,以期为骨质疏松症等骨代谢疾病的治疗提供新的思路。 |

Primary cilia are cell surface and microtube-based organelles that dynamically protrude from cells to receive and process molecular and mechanical signals. Primary cilia are the center of many signal pathways. They act as a cellular antenna to receive biological stimuli and respond to the environment. Studies have shown a close relationship between primary cilia and bone metabolism. This review summarizes the pathways and genes related to primary cilia to explain the physiological mechanism of the effect of primary cilia on bone metabolism, and further explains how the primary cilia mediate the regulation of bone metabolism through mechanical signals. We aim to provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoporosis and other bone metabolic diseases |
