随着人口老龄化,骨质疏松症的发病率逐渐升高,带来了巨大的经济负担和社会负担。目前骨质疏松症的发病机制尚不清楚,所以尚无有效的治疗方法。近年来随着研究的深入,非编码核糖核酸在骨质疏松症诊治中的应用已成为研究热门领域。环状核糖核酸(circRNAs)是一类在真核细胞中广泛存在的内源性非编码RNA分子,可以从不同水平和角度在骨质疏松症的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。因此,笔者就circRNAs在成骨及破骨分化中的miRNA海绵作用、成骨分化过程中和骨质疏松症患者中circRNAs的表达谱、以及circRNAs作为骨质疏松症潜在诊断生物标志物等方面进行综述,以期对骨质疏松症诊治的发展有所帮助。 |

As the population ages, the incidence of osteoporosis is gradually increasing and brings great economic and social burden. The pathogenesis of osteoporosis is unclear and there is no effective treatment. In recent years, the research of non-coding RNA in the treatment and diagnosis study has become popular. CircRNA is a type of endogenous non-coding RNA molecule which widely exists in eukaryotic cells. It has a stable structure and plays the role of miRNA molecular sponge, regulating gene transcription and splicing. Therefore, we summarize the miRNA sponge effect of circRNA, the expression profile of circRNAs in the osteogenic differentiation process and osteoporosis patients, and potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of osteoporosis, to help in the development of osteoporotic therapeutics. |
