      摘要:骨质疏松症是一种常见的代谢性骨疾病,其典型特征是骨量减少和骨折风险增加。迄今为止,骨质疏松症发生发展的详细分子机制仍有待阐明。自噬是一种主要的分解代谢途径,通过调节骨相关细胞的生理和发育过程参与维持骨内稳态。本文综述了在骨质疏松症中骨相关细胞自噬参与调节细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等功能的最新研究进展,并对目前干预自噬防治骨质疏松症的多种方式进行总结,以期为骨质疏松症的治疗提供新思路。

      Abstract: Osteoporosis is a common metabolic bone disease, which is characterized by decreased bone mass and increased fracture risk. So far, the detailed molecular mechanism of osteoporosis remains to be clarified. Autophagy is a major catabolic pathway, which is involved in maintaining the homeostasis of bone by regulating the physiological and developmental processes of bone-related cells. In this paper, the latest research progress of autophagy of bone-related cells in regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and other functions in osteoporosis is reviewed, and various ways of intervening autophagy to prevent and treat osteoporosis at present are summarized, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoporosis.
