摘要:原发性骨质疏松症( primary osteoporosis,POP)作为一种全身性退行性骨病,以骨量低、骨细微结构破坏、易发生骨折为特点。其发病机制错综复杂,中医认为POP以肾虚为本,然 “肝肾同源”,故肝脏在POP中也发挥着一定的作用。且现代研究发现,铁过载和肠道菌群稳态失衡与POP有着密切联系。本文基于“肝藏血主疏泄”理论,从肠道菌群、铁代谢角度探讨肝藏血主疏泄功能在原发性骨质疏松发生发展过程中的重要作用。 |

Abstract: Primary osteoporosis, as a systemic degenerative bone disease, is characterized by low bone mass, destruction of bone fine structure and prone to fracture. Its pathogenesis is complicated, traditional Chinese medicine believes that POP is based on kidney deficiency, but "liver and kidney are homologous", so the liver also plays a certain role in POP. And modern studies have found that iron overload and intestinal microflora homeostasis imbalance are closely related to POP. Based on the theory of "liver storing blood dominant catharsis", this paper discusses the important role of liver storing blood dominant catharsis function in the occurrence and development of primary osteoporosis from the point of view of intestinal microflora and iron metabolism. |
