| 摘要：骨质疏松症在老年绝经后妇女中普遍存在，骨质疏松会增加骨折的风险，与较高的发病率和死亡率有关。最近，北美绝经协会(North American Menopause Society，NAMS)招募了代谢性骨病和(或)女性健康领域的临床专家小组，回顾过去10年中有关骨质疏松症的筛查、预防、诊断和管理的证据，根据新证据和临床判断回顾并更新了NAMS 2010年发表的关于绝经后妇女骨质疏松症管理的立场声明。笔者对该指南的主要内容进行解读。 |

| Abstract: Osteoporosis, especially prevalent in older postmenopausal women, increases the risk of fractures that can be associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Recently, NAMS enlists a panel of clinical experts in the field of metabolic bone disease and/or women's health to review the evidence on screening, prevention, diagnosis, and management of osteoporosis over the past decade, reviews and updates The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) position statement on the management of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women published in 2010 in light of new evidence and clinical judgment. This article provides an interpretation of the main content of the guideline. |
