| 梳理近20年右归丸防治骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）的相关文献，应用VOS viewer进行可视化分析。右归丸可改善OP患者骨代谢及临床症状，通过调节TGF-β、Wnt/β-catenin及AMPK/mTOR等多条信号转导通路改善OP模型动物骨密度及骨代谢情况，并影响骨髓间充质干细胞（bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs）的增殖及分化。共现聚类和关键词密度分析显示，右归丸防治OP的侧重点及趋势主要在于肾阳虚型OP、BMSCs成骨及成脂分化、骨代谢等，并探讨了右归丸调节上述信号通路防治OP的作用机制。 |

| The relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis (osteoporosis, OP) with Yougui Pill in the past 20 years was reviewed, and the VOS viewer was used for visual analysis.Yougui Pill can improve the bone metabolism and the clinical symptoms in OP patients, improve bone mineral density and bone metabolism in OP model animals by regulating multiple signal transduction pathways such as TGF-β, Wnt/β-catenin and AMPK/mTOR, and affect bone marrow proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.Co-occurrence clustering and keyword density analysis showed that the focus and trend of Yougui Pill in the prevention and treatment of OP were mainly OP with kidney-yang deficiency, osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs, bone metabolism, etc. And the mechanism of Yougui Pill regulating the above signal pathway to prevent OP was discussed. |
