| 胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂(glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists, GLP-1RAs)作为一种抗糖尿病药物，近年来对骨质疏松症的影响越来越受到人们的关注。而胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon like peptide-1, GLP-1)在骨质疏松症患者中的具体作用及相关机制有待进一步探讨和阐明。本文回顾及总结了近年来的文献，综述了GLP-1在治疗骨质疏松症中的研究进展，希望可以为治疗骨质疏松提供新思路。 |

| Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs), as an anti-diabetic drug, have received increasing attention in recent years for their effects on osteoporosis. The specific role of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in bone metabolism of osteoporotic patients and the related mechanisms need to be further explored and elucidated. This paper reviews and summarizes the recent literature, and reviews the research progress of GLP-1 in the treatment of osteoporosis, hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoporosis. |
