| 随着骨免疫学的兴起，越来越多的研究表明免疫系统与骨骼之间存在的共享分子和相互作用。辅助性T细胞（helper T cell，Th）作为免疫系统的重要组成成分，Th细胞通过分泌各种细胞因子直接或间接调节骨健康，从而起到调节骨质代谢的关键作用。因此，本文从骨免疫学角度阐述部分Th细胞（包括Th1、Th2、Th9、Th17、Th22、调节性T细胞、卵泡辅助性T细胞）在骨质疏松症的调节作用，为T细胞免疫调节疗法治疗骨质疏松症提供一定理论支撑，为未来药物开发提供新的前景。 |

| With the rise of bone immunology, more and more studies have shown that there are shared molecules and interactions between the immune system and bones. Helper T cells (Th) are important components of the immune system. Th cells directly or indirectly regulate bone health by secreting various cytokines, thereby regulating the key role of bone metabolism. Therefore, this article describes the regulatory role of some Th cells (including Th1, Th2, Th9, Th17, Th22, regulatory T cells, and follicular helper T cells) in osteoporosis from the perspective of bone immunology, in order to provide certain theoretical support and new prospects for future drug development with T cell immunomodulatory therapy. |
