Osteoporosis is a systemic and metabolic bone disease, characterized by continuous bone loss, bone microstructure degeneration, bone strength reduction, secondary bone fragility increase. It may cause pain and humpback and other symptoms, and pathological fracture disease. Reasonable and appropriate exercise improves bone loss and prevents osteoporosis. In order to better understand the theoretical basis of exercise therapy in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, to help guide the clinical formulation of more reasonable exercise therapy prescription, and to better play its advantage in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, this paper introduces the mechanism of Chinese and Western exercise therapy in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in detail. For example, Western medicine pays attention to the effect of mechanical stress on bone, the regulatory effect of exercise on calcium, the effect of exercise-induced cell regulatory factors, the effect of hormone changes on bone metabolism, and the regulatory effect of exercise on bone metabolism signal pathway and other metabolic effects. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis are mainly related to the kidney, spleen, and liver. The mechanism of exercise therapy guided by traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat osteoporosis is to regulate the three organs from the outside to the inside. Compared with Western medicine exercise therapy, TCM exercise therapy-guidance method is more suitable for promotion in our country, and has unique advantage in clinical application, so as to play its purpose of simplicity, convenience, low cost, and efficiency. |
