      随着近年来有关骨质疏松症发生发展的机制研究不断深入,炎性骨髓微环境对骨质疏松发生发展的影响日益受到关注,主要参与的炎症因子有白介素-1、白介素-6、白介素-17、TNF-α,其可影响相关信号通路及酶蛋白因子表达量,进而调节体内破骨细胞、成骨细胞及间充质干细胞的活性和功能,直接或间接地干预机体成骨及破骨进程。该方向进一步研究重点为采用严谨的细胞及动物实验明确炎性骨髓微环境对骨质疏松发生发展的完整及准确的影响机制,为临床诊疗提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the mechanism of the occurrence and development of osteoporosis has been further studied. The effect of inflammatory bone marrow microenvironment on the occurrence and development of osteoporosis is attracting more and more attention. The main inflammatory factors involved are interleukin-1, interleukin-6, interleukin-17, and TNF-α, which may affect the expression levels of related signaling pathways and enzyme protein factors, and then regulate the activity and function of osteoblasts, osteoclast,s and mesenchymal stem cells in vivo, and directly or indirectly interfere with the process of osteogenesis and osteoclast. Further research in this direction will focus on clarifying the complete and accurate influence mechanism of inflammatory bone marrow microenvironment on the occurrence and development of osteoporosis by rigorous cell and animal experiments, and provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
