| 异补骨脂素作为补肾药物补骨脂（Psoralea corylifolia Linn）的有效活性成分之一，是补骨脂发挥多种药理作用的主要药效成分。祖国医学依据“肾主骨”理论，将很多补肾药用于骨骼系统疾病的治疗。异补骨脂素是具有补肾活性的中药单体，其在骨代谢的领域被广泛研究。本文将近年来异补骨脂素在骨病领域的基础研究及临床应用进行综述，为阐明异补骨脂素调节骨代谢的机制提供便利。 |

| Isopsoralen is the main pharmacodynamic component of Psoralea corylifolia Linn. In the field of Traditional Chinese medicine, many tonifying kidney drugs are used to treat bone diseases based on the theory of "Kidney Governing Bones". Isopsoralen as a traditional Chinese medicine extract monomer with tonifying kidney activity which has been widely studied in the field of bone metabolism. In this paper, the basic research and clinical application of isopsoralen in bone diseases in recent years were reviewed. It is hoped that this paper can provide convenience for clarifying the mechanism of isopsoralen regulating bone metabolism. |
