      骨关节炎作为老年疾病中的一种退行性疾病,对它的研究一直被认为是重点和难点,而如何延缓骨关节炎的进展成为最主要的问题。microRNA-223作为骨科疾病的关键调节因子,其表达的变化对延缓骨关节炎的进展具有调节作用。由于核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B, NF-κB)信号通路作为经典的与骨关节炎相关的信号通路,对骨关节炎的发生及发展可进行调节,且研究发现microRNA-223可以通过对NF-κB信号通路的调控,延缓骨关节炎的进展。本文就microRNA-223对NF-κB信号通路在骨关节炎发病中的作用进行综述,以期为microRNA-223在治疗骨关节炎方面提供一些新的治疗思想。
英文摘要:
      Osteoarthritis (OA), as a degenerative disease of the elderly, has always been regarded as the focus and difficulty in its research, and how to delay the progression of OA has become the most important problem. As a key regulatory factor of orthopedic diseases, microRNA-223 expression has a regulatory effect on delaying the progression of OA. As a classical signal pathway related to OA, the nuclear factor-Kappa B(NF-κB) signaling pathway can regulate the occurrence and development of OA, and it was found that microRNA-223 can delay the progression of OA through the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway. In this paper, the role of microRNA-223 on NF-κB signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of OA was reviewed, in order to provide some new therapeutic ideas for microRNA-223 in the treatment of OA.
