      “免疫-骨质疏松症”联合研究是免疫系统在骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)中作用机制的一个新兴研究领域。白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)是一种由活化的免疫T淋巴细胞17(T lymphocytes 17,Th17)分泌的炎性因子。现代研究显示,IL-17通过作用于相关蛋白、基因、信号通路等多个有效途径,抑制间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSCs)成骨分化、抑制成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)分化及其相关功能、促进破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)分化及其功能的效果,最终影响OP的进展。笔者通过对IL-17在OP中的作用机制作一综述,以期为今后临床对“免疫-骨质疏松症”领域研究提供一定参考价值。
英文摘要:
      The combined study of immune-osteoporosis is a new research field for the role of immune system in osteoporosis (OP). Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is an inflammatory factor, which is secreted by activated immune T lymphocytes 17 (Th17). Modern studies have shown that IL-17 inhibits osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and inhibits osteoblast by acting on related proteins, genes, signaling pathways, and other pathways. IL-17 inhibits osteoblast (OB) differentiation and its related functions, but promotes osteoclast (OC) differentiation and its function, thus affecting the occurrence of OP. The authors review the mechanism of IL-17 in OP, hoping to provide some reference value for future clinical research in the field of immune-osteoporosis".
