| 椎旁肌肉与脊柱是一个相互连接的肌肉骨骼单元，椎旁肌肉在维持脊柱稳定性和功能运动中起着至关重要的作用。近年来，许多研究关注了椎旁肌退变与腰椎常见疾病的关系。对于骨质疏松和骨质疏松性椎体骨折(osteoporotic vertebral fractures，OVFs)、椎旁肌退变等骨外因素在骨质疏松及骨折进展中可能具有多方面的影响，尚未在临床工作中引起研究者的足够重视。为此，笔者针对OVFs中椎旁肌退变的影像学特征、临床相关性和防治策略等内容进行归纳总结，为OVFs与椎旁肌退变的相关研究提供思路。 |

| The paravertebral muscles and the spine are an interconnected musculoskeletal unit. The paravertebral muscles play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and functional movement of the spine. In recent years, many studies have focused on the relationship between paravertebral muscle degeneration and common diseases of the lumbar spine. For osteoporosis and osteoporotic vertebral fractures (OVFs), extra-osseous factors such as paravertebral muscle degeneration may have multiple effects on osteoporosis and fracture progression. However, it has not attracted enough attention from researchers in clinical work. To this end, this paper summarizes the imaging features, clinical correlations, and prevention strategies of paravertebral muscle degeneration in OVFs, and provides ideas for the research on the relationship between them. |
