| 绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausal osteoporosis, PMOP)属于中医“骨痿”范畴，是女性最常见的代谢性骨病之一，其中医证型复杂多样，但总体来说以肾虚为本，血瘀为标。本文主要阐述肾虚血瘀型绝经后骨质疏松症致病机制，并对中医药复方对绝经后骨质疏松症的防治策略加以综述，探讨中医药的优势、发挥中医“治未病”的独特优势，以期为预防和治疗PMOP提供临床指导、为进一步的研究提供思路。 |

| Postmenopausal Osteoporosis (PMOP) belongs to the category of "bone impotence" in Traditional Chinese medicine and is one of the most common metabolic bone diseases of woman. The TCM syndromes of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis are complex and varied, but generally speaking, kidney deficiency is the base and blood stasis is the standard. This paper mainly elaborated the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PMOP, and summarized the prevention and treatment strategies of PMOP by Traditional Chinese medicine compound, explored the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine and gave full play to the unique advantages of "preventing disease" of TCM, in order to provide clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of PMOP and ideas for further research. |
