| 目的 基于“肺为五脏之天，脾为百骸之母”理论，探讨肺、脾在老年性骨质疏松症(senile osteoporosis，SOP)发生发展中的重要性。方法 通过中医e百、《中华医典》等中医古籍数据库和《理虚元鉴》原文查阅肺脾相关理论并检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang Data）、维普中文期刊服务平台（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、外文医学信息资源检索平台（FRMS）等整理、分析有关肺脾与SOP相关的中医及现代医学研究成果，探讨从肺脾两脏论治SOP的科学性。结果 共引用27篇中文及外文文献，结合“肺为五脏之天，脾为百骸之母”理论证明肺脾两脏在SOP发生发展中存在重要临床意义。结论 肺、脾在老年性骨质疏松症发生发展中具有重要作用，但肺脾联动机制与老年性骨质疏松症发生发展的内在联系性亟待进一步探索。 |

| Objective Basing on the theory of "The lung is the sky of the five viscus, the spleen is the basis of all bones" to explore the importance of the lung and the spleen in the development of senile osteoporosis (senile osteoporosis, SOP). Methods To sort and analyze the TCM and modern medical research results which are about the relation of the lung,the spleen and SOP through searching the website of TCM100, Chinese medical code, Li Xu Yuan Jian, CNKI, Wanfang Data, Weipu,VIP, CBM, FRMS. And to explore the scientificity of treating SOP basing the lung and the spleen Results A total of 27 Chinese and foreign literatures were cited, combined with the theory of "The lung is the sky of the five viscus, the spleen is the basis of all bones", and proved the important clinical significance of the lung and the spleen in the occurrence and development of SOP. Conclusion The lung and the spleen paly an important role in the occurrence and devepolment of SOP. However, the intrinsic connection of the lung and spleen linkage mechanism and the occurrence and development of SOP needs to be further explored. |
