| 肠道菌群微生物是与宿主共生的一个大的生物群落，当其发生紊乱时将会导致多种疾病的发生，尤其是全身代谢性疾病。其代谢产物也对全身代谢性疾病起到重要的调控作用，尤其是骨代谢性疾病。短链脂肪酸(short chain fatty acids，SCFAs)是肠道微生物群所产生的一类代谢产物，能够很好地反映肠道菌群微生物的功能，大量的研究证明其在骨代谢性疾病中起着调控作用。中药在调控肠道菌群微生物及其代谢产物中有很大的作用，尤其是对于SCFAs的调控。笔者就单味中药及提取物与中药复方通过调控SCFAs影响骨代谢，从而在防治骨质疏松症方面的研究进行总结，以期为骨质疏松症的预防和治疗提供新思路。 |

| The intestinal flora microorganism is a large symbiotic community within the host. When it is disrupted, it will lead to the occurrence of many diseases, especially to the systemic metabolic diseases. Its metabolites also play an important role in the regulation of systemic metabolic diseases, especially bone metabolic diseases. Short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) are metabolites produced by intestinal microbiota, which well reflect the microbial function of intestinal microbiota. A large number of studies have proved that SCFAs play a regulatory role in bone metabolic diseases. Chinese herbal medicines play a great role in regulating intestinal flora microorganisms, especially for SCFAs. This article summarizes the research in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by regulating SCFAs and affecting bone metabolism with single TCM, extracts, and TCM compounds, so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. |
