      氧化应激与诸多疾病的发生发展密切相关,如何逆转氧化应激治疗相关疾病是当前研究热点之一。在骨科领域,研究者们利用抗氧化剂的抗氧化特性,以氧化应激为治疗靶点,进行了较多抗氧化剂在骨相关疾病中的应用研究。本文就常见的几种抗氧化剂在骨相关疾病中的应用研究进行综述,得出以下结论:①活性氧过量所致氧化应激与骨关节炎、骨质疏松症、椎间盘退变、类风湿关节炎及骨肉瘤等骨相关疾病的发生发展密切相关,氧化应激是骨相关疾病的关键发病机制;②抗氧化剂通过逆转氧化应激可减缓上述骨相关疾病的发生和发展;③抗氧化剂作为新型药物实际应用于临床仍存在不足与缺陷,包括药物有效性、安全性不足等。

      Oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. How to reverse oxidative stress in the treatment of related diseases is one of the current research hotspots. In the field of orthopedics, researchers have utilized the antioxidant properties of antioxidants to target oxidative stress, and have conducted lots of researches on the application of antioxidants in bone-related diseases.This paper reviews the application of several common antioxidants in bone-related diseases and draws the following conclusions: ①As the key pathogenesis of bone-related diseases, oxidative stress caused by excessive reactive oxygen species is closely related to the occurrence and development of bone-related diseases such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, intervertebral disc degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, osteosarcoma and so on. ②Antioxidants can slow down the occurrence and development of the above bone-related diseases by reversing oxidative stress. ③There are still some shortcomings and defects in the practical application of antioxidants as new drugs, including insufficient efficacy and safety of drugs, etc.
