      血管生成与骨生成是骨骼生长发育与骨量维持的重要组成部分,二者间的相互耦联贯穿骨的生长及骨重塑的整个过程,在骨生成、骨折愈合、骨缺损及骨质疏松症等方面发挥着重要的作用。血管不仅能够通过对骨骼输送氧气、营养、生长因子及代谢产物促进骨骼发育、重建和修复,还可通过分泌因子、信号传递、功能调控等方面促进骨骼生长。随着H型血管的发现,拓宽了成血管-成骨耦联这一机制对骨质疏松症治疗的作用,血管内皮生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子-BB、血管生成素-1、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、转化生长因子β、低氧诱导转录因子-1α、轴突导向分子3及音猬因子不仅能促进骨内血管生长并且能够提高成骨分化能力促进骨形成。现代医学对骨质疏松症的防治主要通过服用雌激素、钙剂及降钙素等,但长期服用患者依存性差,胃肠道等不良反应明显。近年来,中医药防治骨质疏松症疗效颇优,随着网络药理学及细胞生物学等领域研究的深入,发现中药可通过调节成血管-成骨耦联相关因子防治骨质疏松症。本文拟通过对相关研究成果进行综述,以期为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供新的诊疗思路及靶点。

      Angiogenesis and osteogenesis are important components of bone growth and development and maintenance of bone mass. The mutual coupling between them runs through the whole process of bone growth and bone remodeling. It plays an important role in osteoporosis and so on. Blood vessels can not only promote bone development, reconstruction and repair by transporting oxygen, nutrients, growth factors and metabolic wastes to bones, but also promote bone growth by secreting factors, signal transmission, and function regulation. With the discovery of H-type blood vessels, the effect of angiogenesis-osteogenesis coupling mechanism on the treatment of osteoporosis has been broadened. Vascular endothelial growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor-BB, angiopoietin-1, alkaline Fibroblast growth factor, transforming growth factor β, hypoxia-inducible transcription factor-1α, axon guidance molecule 3 and sonic hedgehog can promote bone formation by enhancing osteogenic differentiation ability. The prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by modern medicine is mainly by increasing estrogen, calcium content and calcitonin, etc., but its safety is poor. In recent years, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is quite good. With the in-depth research in the fields of network pharmacology and cell biology, it is found that traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat osteoporosis by regulating the related factors of angiogenesis-osteogenesis. This paper By reviewing the relevant research results, we can provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas and targets for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine.
