类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,炎症是该病的主要表现。此外,缺氧诱导因子、糖酵解与RA的发病息息相关。本文主要综述了HIF-1α与糖酵解在RA发病中的作用,阐释了HIF-1α能够通过调控糖酵解在炎症、血管翳形成、软骨破坏等方面发挥作用,减轻RA症状。以期为RA的临床与基础研究提供新的思路,提高该病的临床疗效。 |

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a common autoimmune disease in which inflammation is the main manifestation of the disease. In addition, hypoxia-inducible factor and glycolysis are closely related to the pathogenesis of RA. In this paper, we reviewed the role of HIF-1α and glycolysis in the pathogenesis of RA, and explained that HIF-1α can play a role in inflammation, pus formation, cartilage destruction and
other aspects through regulating glycolysis, and play a role in alleviating RA symptoms. In order to
provide new ideas for the clinical and basic research of RA and improve the clinical efficacy of the
disease. |
