      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)作为一种患病率逐年递增的临床上常见的全身代谢性疾病,其发病机制与多种信号通路及分子相关。大量动物实验及分子研究分析发现,电刺激引起的电流变化能通过多种直接或间接途径激活成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)、破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC),从而促进骨细胞生长。因此合理介导电刺激激活或抑制相关信号通路及分子水平或许是未来深入、系统探究骨质疏松症发病机制及治疗的有效手段。本文旨在总结电刺激与OP发病相关信号通路及分子之间的影响并加以阐述、总结,为OP治疗提供一些新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis (OP) is a common systemic metabolic bone disease with increasing prevalence year by year. Its pathogenesis is related to a variety of signaling pathways and molecules. A large number of animal experiments and molecular studies have found that the current changes caused by electrical stimulation can activate osteoblast (OB) and osteoclast (OC) through a variety of direct or indirect ways, thus promoting the growth of osteoblasts. Therefore, it may be an effective way to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis in the future. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the effects of electrical stimulation on OP related signaling pathways and molecules, and to provide some ideas for the treatment of Osteoporosis.
