骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)因其致残率高、社会危害严重,已成为困扰全球的卫生健康问题之一。既往的常规治疗常因效果不理想,引发临床及科研层面寻求新的治疗方式。外泌体(exosome)因来源广、稳定性高等特点,逐渐成为骨科退行性疾病等的潜在应用靶点。研究发现,骨髓间充质干细胞、软骨细胞、滑膜细胞、胚胎间充质干细胞等多种细胞来源的外泌体通过携载微小RNA(microRNA , miRNA),靶向作用于某些信号通路,进而在治疗骨关节炎等疾病中发挥重要作用。此外,制备富含特定成分的工程化外泌体,还可以提高外泌体作用的靶向性及作用浓度等。本文综述了近几年外泌体及miRNA在骨关节炎诊疗中的研究及应用,为骨关节炎诊疗方面的新策略提供参考,进而推动骨关节炎的诊疗进程。 |

Osteoarthritis (OA) has become a global health issue due to its high disability rate and serious social harm. Previous conventional treatment has also become the motivation to seek new treatment methods, because of its unsatisfactory disadvantages. Exosomes have gradually become a potential application target for orthopedic degenerative diseases due to their wide source and high stability. Studies have found that exosomes derived from a variety of cells, such as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, chondrocytes, synovial cells, and embryonic mesenchymal stem cells, target certain signaling pathways by carrying microRNA(miRNA). In turn, it plays an important role in the treatment of diseases such as osteoarthritis. In addition, the preparation of engineered exosomes rich in specific components can also improve the targeting and concentration of exosome action. This article reviews the research and application of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis in recent years, so that scholars can seek new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis, so as to promote the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis. |
