破骨细胞是一种来源于单核-巨噬细胞系的造血前体细胞,是唯一具有骨吸收功能的细胞,其异常活化会引起类风湿关节炎、骨质疏松症等严重的骨溶解疾病。近年来,由于合成代谢抗骨溶解药物引起的不良反应,增加了人们对于破骨细胞分化机制的研究以及抗骨质疏松天然化合物的寻找。RANKL介导的相关信号通路对于破骨细胞分化具有重要作用,已成为治疗骨质疏松症的主要研究靶点。笔者对RANKL下游信号通路在破骨细胞分化中的作用机制,以及对该通路抗骨质疏松症天然化合物的最新研究进展作简要概述。 |

Osteoclast is a kind of hematopoietic precursor cell derived from mononuclear macrophage cell line, which is the only cell with bone resorption function. Its abnormal activation causes serious osteolysis related diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. In recent years, the adverse reactions caused by anabolic anti-osteolysis drugs have increased, which increase the researchers' understanding of osteoclast differentiation mechanism and the search for natural anti-osteoporosis compounds. RANKL-mediated signaling pathway plays an important role in osteoclast differentiation and has become a major research target for the treatment of osteoporosis. In this paper, we briefly review the recent research progress in the mechanism of RANKL downstream signaling pathways in osteoclast differentiation, as well as the natural compounds in the treatment of osteoporosis via this pathway. |
