      骨质疏松是一种代谢性疾病,以骨量减少和骨骼微结构的破坏为特点,常导致骨折的发生。铁死亡作为2012年新发现的细胞程序性死亡,其主要的特征是铁过载和ROS的积累,从而导致脂质过氧化的发生。近来,越来越多的研究表明铁死亡在骨质疏松中扮演着重要作用,因此,本文就铁死亡在骨质疏松中的最新研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease characterized by a decrease in bone density and destruction of bone microarchitecture, often resulting in fractures. As a newly discovered form of programmed cell death at 2012, ferroptosis is mainly characterized by iron overload and accumulation of ROS, leading to lipid peroxidation. Recently, more and more studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in osteoporosis. Therefore, in this paper, the new research progress of ferroptosis and osteoporosis are reviewed.
