骨改建是维持骨稳态的重要生理过程,包括骨形成和骨吸收。甲状旁腺素在骨改建中发挥重要作用,可以通过多种途径促进骨形成,其研究成果可为促进成骨分化、促进骨折愈合、治疗骨质疏松症等提供新的靶点。本文就甲状旁腺素调控成骨细胞谱系细胞、间充质干细胞等多种细胞的成骨分化研究进展做一综述。 |

Bone remodeling, including bone formation and resorption, is an important physiological process to maintain bone homeostasis. Parathyroid hormone plays a crucial role in bone remodeling. It promotes bone formation through various routes. The findings may lead to novel targets for enhancing osteogenic differentiation, fracture healing, and osteoporosis treatment. This paper mainly reviews the mechanism of parathyroid hormone in the osteogenic differentiation of various cells, including osteoblast lineage cells and mesenchymal stem cells. |
