| 骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）成骨与成脂分化失衡是导致骨质疏松症（OP）的主要原因之一，在治疗骨质疏松症方面，调控BMSCs的谱系分化已成为当前主要手段。随着生物学研究的不断深入，长链非编码蛋白RNA（lncRNA）和微小RNA（miRNA）均广泛参与调控BMSCs谱系分化的过程。大多数miRNA可作为内源性竞争性RNA(competitive endogenous RNA，ceRNA）调控lncRNA的表达进程，许多lncRNA还充当miRNA的ceRNA以调节影响不同途径的miRNA靶向基因的表达。二者之间的相互作用对于调控BMSCs谱系分化有着更为明显的优势，故本文围绕其进行综述，为临床治疗骨质疏松症寻找新的理论和实验依据。 |

| The imbalance between osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) is one of the main causes of osteoporosis (OP). In the treatment of osteoporosis, regulating the lineage differentiation of BMSCs has become the current main means. With the deepening of biological research, long non-coding protein RNA (lncRNA) and microRNA (miRNA) are widely involved in of BMSCs lineage regulating the differentiation. Most miRNAs can be used as endogenous competitive RNAs (ceRNAs) to regulate the expression process of lncRNA. Many lncRNAs also act as ceRNAs of miRNAs to regulate the expression of miRNA targeted genes in different ways. The interaction between the two has more obvious advantages in regulating the lineage differentiation of BMSCs, so this article reviews it in order to find new theoretical and experimental basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis. |
