      随着全球人口老龄化,骨质疏松症发病率逐渐增加,造成严重公共卫生负担。肾素?血管紧张素?醛固酮系统(RAAS)是 血压、体液和电解质稳态的关键调节系统,在高血压致病过程中极为重要,机制已较为明确。近年来多项研究表明,局部骨组 织RAAS 在骨代谢中起关键作用,并独立于全身RAAS,其激活会导致骨质疏松,抑制RAAS 活性的药物似乎对骨组织有益。 然而,RAAS 抑制剂对高血压患者骨代谢的影响目前尚有争议,引起临床医生广泛关注。本文针对RAAS 抑制剂与骨代谢的 相关性进行全面综述,以期能为今后开展相关试验提供参考。

      With the aging of the global population, the incidence of osteoporosis is gradually increasing, causing a serious public health burden. The renin?angiotensin?aldosterone system (RAAS) is a key regulatory system for blood pressure, body fluid and electrolyte homeostasis, which plays an extremely important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension, and its mechanism has been clarified. In recent years, several studies have shown that local bone tissue RAAS plays a key role in bone metabolism, which is independent of systemic RAAS, and its activation induces osteoporosis. Drugs that inhibit activation of RAAS seem to be beneficial to bone tissue. However, the effect of inhibitor of RAAS on bone metabolism in patients with hypertension is still controversial, which has attracted wide attention from clinicians. This article mainly reviews the advanced progress of the relationship between of inhibitor of RAAS and bone metabolism, in order to provide reference for the development of related trials in the future.
