      骨质疏松症与骨稳态失衡密切相关。骨稳态主要由骨种子细胞(成骨细胞、破骨细胞、间充质干细胞、单核/巨噬细胞)维持,可受多种信号通路调控。近年来微小RNA(miRNA)被证实在改善骨质疏松症方面的疗效,可能通过多种途径调控骨种子细胞的分化。该文拟对骨质疏松症中miRNA调控骨种子细胞分化的研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis is closely related to the imbalance of bone homeostasis. Bone homeostasis is maintained primarily by bone seed cells (osteoblast, osteoclast, mesenchymal stem cells, monocytes/macrophages) and regulated by various signaling pathways. MicroRNA (miRNA) has recently been proven effective in improving osteoporosis and is likely to regulate the differentiation of bone seed cells in various ways. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of bone seed cell differentiation regulated by miRNA in osteoporosis.
