| 脑卒中的发生率由于多种原因在逐年增长，偏瘫患者也随之增多。脑卒中偏瘫患者由于病情复杂性带来的一系列并发症引起广泛热议，其中偏瘫患者继发性骨质疏松症的关注度尤高，成为研究热点和难点。早期干预由于其对疾病的防治具有安全性和有效性等优点，已成为防治疾病的主要策略之一。目前对于早期干预偏瘫患者继发骨质疏松症的防治研究较少，人们普遍对于早期干预偏瘫患者继发骨质疏松症的危害认识不足，该领域的医生大多数也存在重视程度不够的问题。因此，笔者围绕早期干预对偏瘫患者继发骨质疏松症的防治这一主题，强调早期干预对偏瘫患者继发骨质疏松症的防治重要性，详细介绍早期干预健康教育、早期干预骨质疏松药物及早期干预运动疗法等相关措施，总结得出早期干预对于防治偏瘫患者继发骨质疏松症的意义。 |

| The incidence of stroke is increasing year by year due to various reasons, and the number of hemiplegic patients is also increasing. A series of complications caused by the complexity of stroke patients with hemiplegia have caused widespread heated discussion. Among them, secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegia patients has become the focus and difficulty of research. Early intervention has become one of the main strategies for the disease prevention and treatment due to its advantages of safety and effectiveness. At present, there are few studies on the prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients with early intervention. People generally do not understand the harm of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients. Most doctors in this field also pay insufficient attention. Therefore, the authors focus on the theme of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients, emphasize the importance of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients, introduce in detail relevant measures such as early intervention in health education, early intervention with osteoporosis drugs, and early intervention with operation therapy. It is summarized that the significance of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients. |
