骨质疏松症作为老年骨科中的一种代谢性及慢性疾病,主要表现为骨密度降低及骨骼脆性增加。microRNA-21作为最为密切的骨质疏松症相关微小因子,能够发挥调节作用进而抑制骨质疏松症的进展。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路作为与骨质疏松症相关的经典信号通路,对延缓骨质疏松症的进展具有重要的作用。microRNA-21通过调节该信号通路的表达,进而防治骨质疏松症的进展。该文就microRNA-21与该信号通路的相关性及在防治骨质疏松症方面的作用进行综述,以期从微小分子方面探讨新的防治骨质疏松症的途径,为骨质疏松症的研究提供更多的理论依据。 |

Osteoporosis is a metabolic and chronic disease in elderly orthopedics, characterized by decreased bone mineral density and increased bone fragility. As the most closely related micro-factor of osteoporosis, microRNA-21 plays a regulatory role and inhibits the progress of osteoporosis. As a classical signaling pathway related to osteoporosis, Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in delaying the progression of osteoporosis. MicroRNA-21 prevents the progression of osteoporosis by regulating the expression of this signaling pathway. This article reviews the correlation between microRNA-21 and this signaling pathway and its role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, in order to explore new ways to prevent and treat osteoporosis from the perspective of micro-molecules and to provide more theoretical basis for the study of osteoporosis. |
