| 骨质疏松症作为中老年人常见的退行性疾病越来越得到重视，其由于骨稳态的失衡，骨代谢的紊乱，导致成骨细胞分化减少，破骨细胞活性增加，使骨吸收大于骨形成所引起。p53作为一种抑癌基因，是一种关键的转录因子，随着国内外研究深入，p53不仅在肿瘤、癌症方面有着重要作用，其在骨质疏松症的发生发展中同样扮演着关键的角色，并且大量研究分析发现，p53是中医药防治骨质疏松症的关键靶点。因此，笔者对p53在骨质疏松症中的作用机制以及中医药靶向调节p53防治骨质疏松症的国内外研究进展作一综述，为以后骨质疏松症的防治以及进一步的研究提供理论基础。 |

| Osteoporosis, as a common degenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people, has been paid more and more attention. It is caused by the imbalance of bone homeostasis and the disorder of bone metabolism, leading to the decrease in osteoblast differentiation, increase in osteoclast activity, and bone absorption over bone formation. As a tumor suppressor gene, p53 is a key transcription factor. With the in-depth research at home and abroad, p53 not only plays an important role in tumor and cancer, but also plays a key role in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. A large number of research and analysis have found that p53 is the key target of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Therefore, the authors review the mechanism of p53 in osteoporosis and the research progress of targeted regulation of p53 in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad, so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and further research. |
