原发性骨质疏松症(primary osteoporosis,POP)是我国亟待解决的公共健康问题。“肾-骨-髓-脑”系统是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,肾精充盛,则髓化生充足,脑得髓充则髓海清明,骨得髓养而健壮有力,构成了“肾-骨-髓-脑”的系统关联,是防治POP的重要理论依据。该文旨在以“肾-骨-髓-脑”系统理论为基础,从现代分子生物学角度探讨“肾-骨-髓-脑”系统与外泌体之间的关系,为POP的临床防治提供新思路。 |

Primary osteoporosis (POP) is an urgent public health problem to be solved in China. The kidney-bone-marrow-brain system is an important part in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theoretical system. Full of the kidney essence, sufficient of the marrow metaplasia, clear in brain marrow sea, and strong of bone myeloid constitute the connection of kidney-bone-bone-brain system. It is an important theoretical basis for POP prevention and treatment. This paper aims to explore the relationship between the kidney-bone-marrow-brain system and exosomes from the perspective of the kidney-bone-marrow-brain system theory, so as to provide new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of POP. |
