      随着免疫组库测序技术的发展,希望可以借该技术手段,从免疫组库方向深入挖掘绝经后骨质疏松与骨免疫之间的相关性,以期解释绝经后骨质疏松的发病机制,获取相应的生物标志物,使绝经后骨质疏松症的诊断和治疗朝着更加精准的方向发展。该文拟对该领域研究进展进行综述。

      With the development of immune repertoire sequencing technology, it is hoped that this technology can be used to deeply explore the correlation between postmenopausal osteoporosis and bone immunity from the perspective of immune repertoire. Aided by immune repertoire sequencing technology, we may understand the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis, obtain the corresponding biomarkers, and make the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis more accurately. This article aims to summarize the research progress in this field.
