      骨重塑是修复骨结构的微损伤和替换老化骨组织的过程,对于保持骨骼的稳定性和完整性至关重要。研究发现骨重塑的循环标志物呈现出昼夜节律性变化,骨稳态也受到昼夜节律的影响,昼夜节律紊乱会导致骨质流失。Bmal1基因是生物钟的核心组成部分,在骨代谢细胞中发挥着重要的作用,Bmal1的异常表达将会导致骨重塑失衡。本文将对Bmal1在骨重塑中的作用进行综述,叙述其在成骨细胞、破骨细胞以及骨髓间充质干细胞的作用。旨在深入探索生物钟基因Bmal1与骨重塑的关系,以期为未来治疗骨重塑相关疾病提供新的思路。

      Bone remodeling is the process of repairing microdamage to bone structures and replacing aging bone tissue, which is essential for maintaining the stability and integrity of bones. Studies have found that the circulatory markers of bone remodeling show circadian rhythmic changes, and bone homeostasis is also affected by circadian rhythm, which can lead to bone loss. The Bmal1 gene is a core component of the biological clock and plays an important role in bone metabolic cells, and abnormal expression of Bmal1 will lead to imbalance in bone remodeling. The role of Bmal1 in bone remodeling will be reviewed here, describing its role in osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Further exploration of the relationship between circadian clock gene Bmal1 and bone remodeling can provide new ideas for the treatment of bone remodeling related diseases in the future.
