| 2型糖尿病患者骨骼肌萎缩引起肌力下降和功能丧失，对糖尿病患者身心健康产生严重影响，进一步影响患者日常活动，导致患者生活质量下降。2型糖尿病患者存在胰岛素抵抗、慢性炎症、能量代谢紊乱等因素诱发骨骼肌萎缩，糖尿病周围神经病变也会引起骨骼肌萎缩。线粒体可产生活性氧调节细胞凋亡，也参与糖尿病患者骨骼肌萎缩。因此，本文对国内外因糖尿病诱发骨骼肌萎缩的相关机制及运动干预糖尿病骨骼肌萎缩的研究进展进行综述，旨在为糖尿病骨骼肌萎缩临床和基础医学研究提供理论依据。 |

| Skeletal muscle atrophy in type 2 diabetic patients causes loss of muscle strength and function, which has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of diabetic patients, further affecting their daily activities and leading to a reduced quality of life. skeletal muscle atrophy is induced by the presence of insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, and disorders of energy metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients, as well as by diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Mitochondria can produce reactive oxygen species to regulate apoptosis, which is also involved in skeletal muscle atrophy in diabetic patients. Therefore, this paper reviews the mechanisms related to diabetes-induced skeletal muscle atrophy and the research progress of exercise intervention in diabetic skeletal muscle atrophy at home and abroad, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical and basic medical research on diabetic skeletal muscle atrophy. |
