      骨质疏松症作为一种常见的由代谢而引起的中老年疾病,主要表现为骨量丢失及脆性增加导致的骨折等并发症的形成。因此,如何延缓骨质疏松的进展及防治其并发症的形成成为现在研究者最主要关注的问题。microRNAs作为一种调节因子,对调节骨质疏松症的进展具有重要的作用。microRNAs通过调节相关信号通路的表达可延缓骨质疏松症的发生及进展。既往研究表明,骨质疏松症的形成多与机体内microRNAs相关信号通路有关。PI3K/Akt、MAPK、Wnt/β-catenin、TGF-β/BMP、Notch信号通路等作为与microRNAs相关的信号通路,通过调控这些信号通路的表达干预机体内成骨细胞的破坏及破骨细胞的过度吸收,进而抑制骨质疏松的产生及发展。研究发现,中药通过干预上述信号通路的调节,直接或间接的促进成骨细胞的形成及抑制破骨细胞的吸收,从而干预骨质疏松症的形成及进展。本文通过对中药干预microRNAs相关信号通路的研究现状进行总结,旨在为中药干预骨质疏松症进展的深入研究提供参考依据,也为中药运用于临床、减少骨质疏松症的形成提供理论依据及广阔的治疗空间。

      As a common middle-aged and elderly disease caused by metabolism, osteoporosis is mainly manifested as the formation of complications such as fractures caused by bone loss and increased brittleness. Therefore, how to delay the progression of osteoporosis and prevent the formation of its complications has become the most important concern of researchers. As a regulatory factor, microRNAs play an important role in regulating the progress of osteoporosis. MicroRNAs can delay the occurrence and progression of osteoporosis by regulating the expression of related signaling pathways. Previous studies have shown that the formation of osteoporosis is mostly related to microRNAs-related signaling pathways in the body. PI3K / Akt, MAPK, Wnt / β-catenin, TGF-β / BMP, Notch signaling pathways are related to microRNAs. By regulating the expression of these signaling pathways, the destruction of osteoblasts and the excessive absorption of osteoclasts in the body are intervened, thereby inhibiting the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine directly or indirectly promotes the formation of osteoblasts and inhibits the absorption of osteoclasts by intervening in the regulation of the above signaling pathways, thereby intervening in the formation and progression of osteoporosis. This article summarizes the research status of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in microRNAs-related signaling pathways, aiming to provide a reference for the in-depth study of the progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in osteoporosis. It also provides a theoretical basis and broad treatment space for the use of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice to reduce the formation of osteoporosis.
