      骨质疏松症是最常见的代谢性骨疾病,虽然骨质疏松症的发生发展大多是静悄悄的,但其最终后果,即导致的脆性骨折,对患者和社会构成了巨大的医疗和经济挑战,因此,对其进行防治具有重要意义。生殖激素在哺乳动物骨骼的生长和骨量的维持中起着至关重要的作用。研究发现,生殖激素kisspeptin可刺激成骨细胞分化以及抑制破骨细胞,因此可能具有骨质疏松症的临床治疗潜力。该文对该领域的重要研究发现与进展进行综述,以期为后续研究提供一定的参考。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis is the most common metabolic bone disease. Although the development of osteoporosis is mostly asymptomatic, its ultimate consequence, namely fragile fracture, brings a huge medical and economic challenge to patients and the society. It is of great significance to prevent and treat it. Reproductive hormones play an important role in the growth and maintenance of mammalian bones. It is found that the reproductive hormone kisspeptin stimulates osteoblast differentiation and inhibits osteoclasts. Therefore, it may have clinical therapeutic potential. This paper reviews the important research findings and progress in this field, with a view to providing some reference for subsequent research.
